TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please make sure to read my Terms & Conditions before commissioning me.
These are the complete guidelines & policies I have set for my commissions.
GENERAL TERMS
As the commissioner, you are expected to follow all the terms politely. Cooperation and communication is essential, as well as good manners.
I have the right to decline commissions if I were to encounter such problems with a client or am unable to fulfill the request.
Please know that I do not endorse cheating, especially in competitions.
Anybody attempting to commission me to use my work in a competition or
contest shall be put on my private ban-list.
I only provide digital goods and do not ship physical items.
Please make sure to save your copy of the commission once it is sent to you,
as I will be deleting them later on.
As of the moment, I only accept single human portrait commissions. Know that
I am not comfortable with drawing the following:

PAYMENT
Payment shall be collected preferably in PHP (Philippine Peso), but USD (US Dollar) is also accepted. Do take note that the prices in USD are higher due to Paypal fees.
A 50% down payment is required to start the artwork, and payment of the 100% is required to attain the final output. Paying 100% right away is up to you.
Payment is accepted through GCash, BPI (PHP), and Paypal (USD only). Please make sure to take into consideration any other additional fees before paying.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Because of my personal and school life, I do not always open commissions. So whenever I do so, please take note of the following policy:
You are only allowed to request for a refund and cancellation if I fail to hand to you your commission under the given time, or if anything major were to happen to my personal life that I cannot continue on with the project. If this is not the case, then strictly no refunding, especially if you have already received the commissioned work.
PROCESS
Please take note that I am a slow artist.
I also only open batches (with a maximum of five slots per batch) when I am not as busy with school or am on vacation. One batch can last up to three (3) months depending on my workload and complexity of the commissions. For realistic portraits, please provide clear reference pictures.
Priority is by payment basis. If you were able to pay first, I would be able to work on your commission first. However, slots are first come, first serve basis unless a commissioner fails to pay for their slot.
Should anything happen to me that would affect your commission (or that I may fail to complete the commission), I will inform you. I may ask for extensions in any case these factors are involved:
• Personal Issues
• Health Issues
• School
• Commission Complexity
Should this happen and you disagree with waiting longer, you may refer to my cancellation & refunds policy.

WORKS IN PROCESS & EDITS
You may or may not opt to want works in progress sent to you. Rest assured, I save the progress markers for my personal keeping shall you request them, but will also be watermarked for to be kept from credit theft.
Should a client opt for works in progress, they are allowed to have a maximum of four (4) edits per work. Two (2) major edits are allowed once the sketch is sent (e.g. pose, hand gesture, clothes). Two (2) minor edits are complementary at the end of the commission (e.g. minor details, color correction). I will no longer be accepting any major corrections after the revision of the sketch, so please take note of this.
This process may also delay and extend the turn around time, so please be patient should you choose to request for WIPs and edits.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.
I do not accept commissions for commercial use as of now. But in any case that this is for a fan event (birthday ad, cup event, etc.), please ask me first.
Please take note that because this is also my work, I am allowed to post it for portfolio and advertising purposes. Should you request that it not be posted (e.g. a very personal gift), please let me know.
Clients are allowed to post/re-upload the commissioned works for personal use only with credit and/or watermark. Attempting to sell the work or claiming it as their own will result to the client being put on my personal ban-list.
